The Tickets page provides an overview of your and your team members' open, resolved, and closed tickets.

Click a ticket's name to view that tickets's details.


Use the search bar to search for a ticket.

Export Tickets

Click Export Tickets to export your tickets to a CSV or Excel file.

Update a Ticket

When you open an existing ticket, you can view all the details related to that ticket. Also, you can add your updates to the ticket as comments and change the ticket's category and priority.

To update a ticket:

  1. In the Tickets page, click on a ticket's name to open that ticket's details. A page with the ticket's details appears.

  2. In the Click here to add comment text field, enter your comments. Alternatively, click Reply.
  3. Click Reply to add the comment.
  4. To change the category, use the Category drop-down menu.
  5. To change the priority, use the Urgency drop-down menu.
  6. Click Update to save the changes.


Click Close issue to close a ticket.
