Overview

The Home page is the landing page of the support portal. It provides quick access to all the pages in the support portal.

Usage

Use the Home page to:

• search for existing tickets
• navigate to the Tickets page to view all open and closed tickets, including the tickets created by your team members.
• navigate to the Submit a ticket page to submit a new ticket
