Charging Insights
Overview
The Charging Insights dashboard provides valuable insights about EVSE usage. It contains aggregated utilization rate data derived from EVSE status updates.
Info
The utilization rate of an EVSE during a specific time window is calculated as the percentage of minutes within that window that the EVSE had the status "Charging". The reported utilization metrics aggregate the utilization rates of all the EVSEs that belong to a segment (for example, DC chargers along motorways in Norway) by calculating the mean.
Settings and Filters
Before downloading, use the settings and filters provided in the dashboard to customize and filter the data.
Settings
| Setting | Description |
|---|---|
| Start Date | Select the start date for which you want to download the data. |
| End Date | Select the end date for which you want to download the data. You can select a maximum of upto 1 year from the start date. |
Filters
The following table describes the filters you can use to filter the data that can be downloaded in the Charging Insights dashboard.
| Filter | Description |
|---|---|
| Country | Filter the data based on the country. You can select one European country and download the data. |
| Day of Week | Filter the data based on one or more days of the week. |
| Power Level (kW) | Filter based on the power level. |
| Power Type | Filter by choosing AC or DC power type. |
| Location Type | Filter based on the location types. You can select one or more location types from the below list: - Along Motorway (directly accessible from a motorway i.e., major road without level crossings) - Parking (a cleared area that is intended for parking vehicles, underground garages, or parking garages) - On Street (public parking space) - Other (none of the other options or unknown) |
Download
In the Settings and Filters section, click Export to download the data to a CSV file.
